We came back Saturday from our cruise with no issue and a strong desire to do it again.
Thank you very much for your support and help on organizing our holidays!!
Here is a quick feedback:
The Marina was excellent, fast checking (checking in on a Monday helps I’m sure) and fast check out.
The Boat was old but in good condition. Electronics and sails worked perfectly. And the fridge was big and cold enough to keep the rosé frizzing cold!
Stiv the skipper was nice. Too bad I had absolutely no experience in proper sailing but with a bit of persuasion and help from our side we manage to do some proper crossing with the 2 sails fully up (It was the first time for him as well…) He is a good lad for chartering families from bay to bay. In the end, it took some time but we left good friend.
Should we want to do the same next summer but around Corsica (and for a full week), is it a region you are familiar with?
